Elaine Whitton Davis was born and educated in Rock
Hill. She is not only a native, but one
that is very proud to call the Carolina Piedmont our home. She brings a background of management,
information technology, and consulting to large corporations to real
estate. By creating the Whitton
Endowment for Business Excellence at Winthrop University, she helps bring best
practice business skills to local business.
Elaine also enjoys teaching fitness classes at our local YMCA and is a
member of the DAR. This blend of skills,
commitment to excellence, and the enjoyment she gets from working with people

Real Estate is my second career, I retired after spending 35 years in the Textile Industry, with the last twenty being in sales and technical support. During those years, I was fortunate to travel across the U.S., and to Europe, creating many friendship that will last a lifetime.
As a native of a small town in the southwestern area of Virginia, I grew up with small town values of working for a dollar, respecting your elders, and treating your neighbors fairly and honestly. I was married to a school teacher for 36 1/2 years, and have two grown children, that were involved in soccer and basketball while in school. In 2012, our family had to deal with Breast Cancer, when my wife was diagnosed and eventually took her away from us. To carry on her Education legacy, we set up a scholarship in her honor, for a graduating senior planning on majoring in education.
I have experienced the process of having to transfer my family to a new state and start a new life. I was fortunate to work with a great Real Estate Agent that made my transition as easy as possible.
